Originated in Calabria, Italy. A particularly spicy, spreadable pork salame, featuring Calabrian Chill’s which gives it a characteristic fiery taste. Our ‘Nduja melts onto toasted bread or Into pasta dishes, adding the heart of Calabrian Chili’s and the meaty, salty flavor of cured pork.
